VFI’s LINK Resource Centre hosted a Workshop on Law Dissemination and Land Dispute Solutions on February 22-23,
2011, with the participation of Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) staff members. Mr. Nouphan Mahaphon, Director
General of Land Inspection and Land Dispute Resolve Office of NLMA, provided technical expertise for the 20 trainees.
The workshop included the following key elements:
· Administrative Dispute,
· Civil Dispute,
· Contract Law,
· Law on Heritage and Basis of Inheritance,
· Ownership,
· Law on Urban Plans,
· Rights-LINK Lao Project’s law dissemination in Salavan Province.
OUTCOME
Enhanced the capacity and knowledge for technical officers of MCC to perform work more efficiently to provide better and
